Menu/Master Data/Edit applications
 Edit versions
Add versions for each application. (The configuration for the deployment will all be
on a version level. Also, the change request will be assigned to a version).
If the status on a version is set to inactive, the change requests of this version will not
be shown on the change request overview panel.

Add subsystems to the applications. This will help to structure the application and
filter the change requests.
