Edit Status Rights

Menu/Master Data/Edit User Groups/Edit User Rights
Edit Status Rights
 
To activate this functionality, check Use Status Rights on the User Group.
You can specify if a user can view and/or edit a change request with a specified
status (Change CR and View CR).
You can also specify if a user is authorised to change the status of a change request
to a certain status (Set Status).
 
Once you activate this functionality, make sure to configure this carefully.
