Menu/Master Data/Edit users

Add users and assign them to a user group. Make sure at least one user is in an administrator user group.

For users that have access to MatchPoint, always assign a user group.

For users that are specified and used in different roles, but without a login, a user group is not necessary

User Password: this password is only needed for Web access. The password will be encrypted and stored in the database

Login Type: Inhouse or Web (or both)

Web Start: When using the Web Module, the default start function can be specified

Login Attempts: Count of failed login attempts. After five unsuccessful attempts the login will be disabled.

Last Login: Date of the last login via Web.

No of Users: count of registered users with an ‘In-House’ access

No of web Users: count of registered users with a ‘Web’ access
